I’m elizabeth williams and I work as an holistic therapist, providing Holistic Kinesiology and Spiritual Therapy Balance sessions in-person at clinics located in the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne, Australia and Online across the globe.

One of my life’s greatest passions is the facilitation of safe, sacred healing spaces for deeply sensitive souls who prefer to experience profound healing, a renewed sense of peace and ease without need to re-live traumatic or painful past events and experiences. An ardent advocate for self-expression, self empowerment and the integration of the conscious/divine masculine/feminine within each of us, it continues to be my absolute honour to walk beside you as you move forwards toward your own greater self-relisation, remembrance and powerful alignment with your Inner-Emperor, Inner-Empress Self and living your heart-guided life.

I work with deeply sensitive ones who dare to jump off the merry-go-round, who have doubts or have become curious about their intuitive abilities or are curious about manifesting a life of their dreams, and long to discover and live their truest heart’s desire/s, my passion and excitement for bearing witness to the breakthroughs, self-expressions and simple power of one human being who has set their mind to living the fullest expression of their Inner-Self and the legacy given by that one human being to the world just grows and grows.

With a grounded and embodied understanding of the human condition and lived experience of the trials and complexities associated with being a deeply sensitive human being, a knack for re-connection, remembrance of who we truly are and, a keen interest in epigenetics (the study of how our thoughts and environment influences our genes). I work closely with you with compassion, acceptance and honesty to assist and guide as you become the best version of yourself and live a life that’s aligned with your unique soul’s expression and purpose.
